A Basic International Certificate STCW  by EU law is about 600 PLN paid in cash only. [Тільки медичний огляд]

Other not typical medicals or examinations on demand
and are paid accordingly 500 PLN/per certificate..

Drug&Alcotest 300 if necessary.

The Administration will accept medical certificates issued by any duly qualified medical practitioners in other countries that have been recognized by the competent authority in that country for issuing seafarers medical certificates.

Marshall Certificate

The same rules as for a International STCW, Bahama or Liberian Certificate apply.

Bahama

3. General Requirements

3.1. The Bahamas will accept a medical certificate following a medical examination carried out in accordance with the ILO/IMO Guidelines on the Medical Examinations of

Seafarers by one of the following parties:

i. Approved medical practitioners in The Bahamas. For this purpose, the medical practitioner must hold a valid medical approval certificate issued by the Bahamas

Medical Council (BMC),

ii. Medical practitioners approved by the Administration of a country that has ratified and is party to either STCW (See Annex IV) or MLC 2006.

Good place to make examination for seafarers.
Pay in cash. Make blood and urine analysis in other facility in advance prior examination.
Fast and friendly attitude.

Нашёл информацию о данном медцентре на морском форуме, связался по эл.почте, быстро получил ответы на мои вопросы. Пытался пройти медкомиссию в Кракове, но запись на 20-30 дней вперёд.

Персонал разговаривает на английском, некоторые доктора на русском/украинском. Очередей практически не было, хорошее отношение - настоятельное рекомендую
